Servers Northwest provides various hosting-related services, including:
Shared and dedicated server hosting
VPS and cloud infrastructure

Managed security, backups, and monitoring
Service availability and specifications may change without prior notice.
Billing & Payment Terms
Fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan.
Payment is due upon invoicing. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our services to:
Host or distribute illegal, abusive, or copyrighted material without authorization

Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Data & Backup Policy
While we implement regular backups for service integrity, clients are responsible for maintaining independent copies of critical data.
Servers Northwest is not liable for data loss due to client error, hardware failure, or force majeure.
Security & Liability
We employ best-practice security measures, but no system is immune from risk.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current service term.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content hosted on our platforms, but grant Servers Northwest a non-exclusive license to access, store, and process your data as necessary for service delivery.
Service Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time with appropriate notice.
Clients may cancel their accounts anytime via the customer portal, subject to our cancellation and refund policies.
Termination does not relieve users of outstanding financial obligations.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts of Washington State.
